Romer Hell's Kitchen

Pros: Everything was fantastic, I especially loved the gym voucher and the location close to subway station and many other things.

Cons: Water pressure in the shower was not the best, and breakfast was very basic.

Really enjoyed the stay, excellent location close to everything, including theatres and restaurants.

Pros: Excellent location, great room, very nice staff. We didn't use the restaurant.

A real King experience

Pros: Everything is just great. King size corner room: just WONDERFUL. Fantastic position, perfect room/cleaning service and very kind staff.

Cons: As a European, I’m not used to pay deposit, be sure to read the info about it. Btw, nothing bad to tell about this great Hotel

Comfortable, stylish and great value!

Pros: The decor was lovely. The location was excellent. It was cosy and didn’t feel like I was in a giant hotel with thousands of people in it, but the rooms were still a very good size.

Cons: Cleaning was hit or miss. Some days the room was cleaned well, some days they would miss minor things.

Central City Paradise

Pros: The fact that its so central like tge subway is a cross the street to wholefoods on tge next block! Resturants literally everywhere its positioned well for ease of access.

Cons: Honestly there wasn't anything I didn't like

Overall, we had a very good experience and were satisfied with our stay. We will definitely come back.

Pros: Excellent location in Hell’s Kitchen with easy transportation options nearby. Rooms were very clean, the lifestyle concept was well thought out, and I really liked the focus on sustainability. The neighborhood tips and directions were also a great touch.

Cons: Breakfast felt more like a grab-and-go option, with very limited choices and no suitable alternatives for diabetic guests. Most items were quite sugary. There was also a noticeable odd noise, possibly coming from the heating system or another source, which was distracting.

Pros: Location was perfect; the room was large; clean and staff were very friendly. It was pretty quiet as well which was a pleasant surprise. The windows kept out the street noise relatively well.

Great stay, would def go back!

Pros: The location, the size of the rooms, the cafe downstairs, the comfortable beds, the adjacent piano bar, the snack bar

Cons: It could do with a kettle and / or coffee making facilities. The bathrooms are a little small - I didn’t mind that so much as I prefer a bigger main room, but if you are there with more than two people in a room it’s a bit tight.

Pros: Lovely staff, great vibe, beautiful lobby and large rooms

Cons: The door to our bathroom didn’t close properly, but otherwise everything was great

Pros: The hotel is really gorgeous - and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room and the beds were very comfortable and well equipped for our family. Pretty convenient location!

Cons: I wasn't a fan of the shower head but appreciate it fit well with the decor - I just like a bit more water pressure and coverage. Our room didn't have much of a view but this is to be expected with some rooms and it didn't impact our stay at all.
