Very good stay

Pros: Clean, spacious room, good gym, nice lobby area and lovely staff

Cons: Everything was good, but perhaps the sound isolation of rooms can be a bit better

Great gem of a hotel in Philly with caring hospitable staff

Pros: The staff were very helpful and friendly. The beds were comfy and linen was fresh and modern. The coffee machine downstairs was great so we didn’t have to go out to the freezing cold. Location is great. The hotel thought of little details such as filtered and sparkling water and toiletries available as needed.

Cons: The decor was aging, but everything was functional although the TV casting never seemed to work.

A great and convenient stay in Philadelphia

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was a big highlight. It's very easy to get to and close to lots of restaurants and shops. The staff were also fantastic: friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions or requests.

Cons: The only downside was the noise isolation, particularly around the door. I could hear quite a lot from the hallway and neighbouring rooms, including conversations and phone calls, which sometimes affected how quiet the room felt. Aside from this, I'm happy with the accommodation and will be happy to stay again.

Pros: Staff were exceptional. An amazing coffee machine in the lobby. Sparkling Water on tap (Mind blown). Huge room. Good shower. Amazing location. Decent, kitted out gym.
