Great location, clean, spacious room and friendly staff

Pros: Decor, location, size of room, toiletries, cleanliness, friendly staff, hotel dog.

Cons: There were some unexpected costs. Was under the impression from reviews and from internet research that breakfast was complimentary. Thought that all costs were covered, but my card was charged £60 the morning we left.

Weekend in Philly

Pros: The location was central and in a nice neighborhood. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Very nice breakfast, and amenities.

Cons: The room, on the third floor, temp was not easily regulated and quite coldThe Project Manager/Functional Manager Partnership.

Cosy stay but old style

Pros: Stephan was very helpful. The building is old but recently renewed Amenities are from molton brown and size of the flat was huge.

Cons: Breakfast is not even for a 3 stars. Some day they forgot to make the cleaning in the bedroom and they made discount at the end. Phone stopped working. Smart tv was not working. The shower regulation is very complicated and mine was broke. Lot of noises coming from some fan engines of close building. They need to put sound proof windows.

Top class hotel in great location, friendly staff make your stay special

Pros: Beautiful hotel in a historic building just off Rittenhouse Sqiuare. Really comfortable beds, complimentary tea/coffee water and a great continental breakfast. But it was the super friendly staff that made the hotel stand out, particularly the amazing Doug on reception . Would 100% staff here again.

A convenient and comfortable place to stay in Philadelphia

Pros: This was a pleasant hotel and is very well located in Philadelphia. The beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was a nice, varied continental buffet. There were plenty of restaurants in the immediate area. There was water and coffee in both the room and in the lobby.

Cons: The safe in the room was broken and not repaired during our visit, it was bit chilly in the room and we were unable to adjust the heat and the bathroom was a bit worn. They did not service the rooms every day and it was necessary to ask for service specifically if you wanted this. Since we were there for several days, it would have been nicer to at least have had service every other day without having to specifically request it.

Pros: Our room was lovely, breakfast was great, friendly helpful staff

Cons: We arrived after a 5am start and unfortunately the room wasn’t ready( we were early for check in) - understandable but a shame as we were tired. We were told about the speakeasy bar but couldn’t get a table for 6 when we tried so sadly couldn’t try it.
