Huge, well-appointed rooms, great part of town but quiet.

Pros: really liked this hotel. modern but unpretentious. Huge, well-appointed room, well sound-proofed so no disturbance from other guests. Great part of town but quiet street. Very friendly staff who made you feel really welcome.

Cons: clean but not super clean. net curtains were grubby.

Pros: Lovely, quite space within a bustling city. Conveniently located. A walking distance from a lot of the city's amenities.All around friendly reception from hotel staff.

Cons: Room cleaning could be improved. During our 10 day stay, often times the beds were not made and room wasn't properly cleaned

Enjoyable stay in a very nice hotel

Pros: The hotel was centrally located and minutes away from various shops including Maceys. Reading Terminal Foodhall was around 15 minutes away. The hotel has two restaurants attached to it - one Mediterranean and the other a Steakhouse/Grill. There is also a coffee shop that offers healthy breakfast options. Lots of Avocado dishes, burritos, bacon, eggs, heathy toast

Cons: Everything was fine - a little pricey but its the city centre. That said the alcohol measures in drinks was much more than at home

Cons: The card keys were not set up correctly. My sons card had to be reset and my card worked after three tries…

Great place to stay in Philly.

Pros: Friendly staff and efficient check-in. Air conditioning worked very well, and the room was spacious and clean. No street noise. I loved the location, bus route located within 20 metres.

Cons: The only negative was that the plumbing from the adjoining room could be heard during the night.

Nice stay in downtown. PHILLY

Pros: Loved the lobby of the hotel and the Mediterranean restaurant attached to the hotel. Although a bit pricy, the food was excellent and service outstanding. The valets were outstanding and very helpful.

Cons: Housekeeping a bit slack. Items missing.

Great location and restaurants at the hotel.

Pros: Great facilities. Great location. Fantastic restaurants. Porter Steve was very helpful with information about best locations. He made it a stay to remember.

Cons: Staff at reception just looked like they didn’t want to be there. No smile and not very helpful. If it wasn’t for Steve the Porter, we wouldn’t come back.
