It was good. The location and convenience was great.

Pros: I think the staff was the best. I should have gotten there names. But November 9th at night we couldn’t go out to eat dinner. We got food to go. The staff let us eat in the main dinning area. They got us plates and utensils. We really appreciated it.

Cons: There could have been better toiletries.

My stay at Best Western

Pros: It was clean, and the staff member we dealt with was very professional and friendly. He was also very informative and the different places around the area.

Cons: The only inconvenience was the proximity of parking to the hotel.

Nice clean rooms, good location

Pros: Good size rooms, shower pressure was wonderful, wifi was good. Dominic and Mariza at the front desk were very helpful.

Cons: Cleaning of stay over rooms can be improved, on Sunday breakfast is till 10am however all hot food items were finished by 09:30am. I enquired and received an apology from a polite gentleman however; no attempts were made to refill the items.

Comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price.

Pros: Comfortable accommodation with friendly staff in a quiet location. Room facilities a bit older, but everything clean and functional. Public transport within walking distance. Relatively close to the center. Breakfast was good.

Cons: The windows in the room couldn't be opened (they were locked) and we couldn't air out the room.

Pros: The reception staff were very nice But the room wasn't ready for our check in think that's poor when theve 4 hours to prep the rooms ...but didn't complain overall great..

Enjoyable comfortable stay

Pros: Room was spacious clean and comfortable with good facilities in the room. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is basic but good quality and Mustafa at the bar was very informative on where to go to eat for advice as well as good company. Location was great for the Convention Centre
