Very nice hotel.

Pros: Very nice hotel. Close to city center and 100m from Reading Terminal Market. FOC storage of luggage as we arrived early was really nice. Complimentary tea/coffee both in the room and in the lobby.

Cons: The neighbourhood of the hotel doesn't look to friendly. Homeless people wandering around the hotel, sometimes bothering guests. Our room was loud (there was some loud ventialtion ecquipement which didn't shut down when we switched the AC off).

Pros: Staff went above and beyond to accommodate guests. One worked out a route to philadelphia zoo for me, which I really appreciated as I did not know the area. Super comfy bed. Nice bedroom with working television and fridge.

Perfect City Centre location and great value

Pros: Rooms were large and clean. The air con was terrific, outside was +36 degrees but inside the room was as cool as a cucumber. Bathrooms were spotless and well appointed with an enourmous shower.

Cons: I'd say the only downside was coming home late at night felt a little uneasy. Especially through the Conference Centre tunnel. Otherwise there was no issues.
