Great stay in Philadelphia - wonderful hotel & staff.

Pros: Got the warmest of welcomes from Cat & Sam who checked us in, introduced themselves and told us everything we needed to know about the hotel. Efficient check in. Had requested rooms near each other as we were a family group and we were all on floor ten which was great. Fabulous bright and airy rooms, one had a balcony with an amazing view over Philadelphia. Walkable to great bars and restaurants, a really lovely atmosphere. There is an Irish bar attached to the hotel which was great for breakfast or a Guinness! Excellent value for money. Thank you to the team at The Windsor Suites we had a great stay. Excellent value for money.

Cons: There was a mix up in the number of rooms booked and I am waiting to hear from Booking.com regarding this as it appears to be their error not the hotels.

Great stay, excellent location!

Pros: loved the location. Booked a suite at the Skyline level, and were pleasantly surprised by the amenities like snacks and drinks in the lobby. The pool was also opened!

Cons: Quit noisy, despite being on the 24th floor. The ventilators in the badroom were very, very dirty.

Pleasant, easy to get to, great staff

Pros: Despite not having a room availab like the one we had booked, they gave us an extra room so the end result was actually better than wad we had booked to begin with (and paid for).
