Pros: Lovely hotel, really nice and spacious. Staff were fantastic and helpful. Clean and great facilities!

Cons: The location was a little bit tricky to get into central New York. You had to catch a bus which was a little bit confusing at first (although the staff helped us) once we worked it out it was great!

Pros: The hotel was clean by American standards. The rooms were spacious. It was very close to the bus stop and markets. Overall, it was quiet. The most negative thing for us was the smell of weed coming from the hotel corridors and sometimes the bathroom. Even though it said “no smoking,” we could still smell it.
