Exceeded our expectations for a short city stay,

Pros: A spacious room (for NYC!) with comfortable beds well located on the Upper West Side. Really close to the subway and ease of connectivity. Didn't try the hotel restaurant downstairs but there's lots of interesting places to eat nearby.

Cons: Some noise from the hallway outside the room.

Great location clean and comfortable

Pros: Fantastic location. Rooms have baths. Clean. Comfortable. Provided us with a fridge when we requested this. Service was prompt and helpful.

Cons: Rooms a little small. Couldn't get early checkin. Expensive.

If you want to stay in a lovely quiet area of NY, but great access to the city, this is it!

Pros: The Suite was fantastic, the location was fantastic and the area was also fantastic. One of the best expereinces we've had in a city and a large part is down to the base that we had (Hotel Lucerne)

Cons: Nothing. Enjoyed all of it. Maybe a bar in the hotel, but at the same time, it just meant we went and visited the local bars which were great.

Excellent, would definitely return and the breakfast at nice Matin was excellent too

Pros: Excellent location to Central Park , subway and great restaurants in upper west side . Would recommend the Irish bar on same street “TheDublin house “ too . Lots of museums locally too .

Pros: Wonderful safe neighbourhood. Easy access to main attractions and close to park.

Cons: Problems with desk staff that wasn’t helpful and lost a package that was sent to me.

Pros: Everything accept the front desk manager was utterly rude to me when i called to tell him something was missing. I did find it but there was no need for such rudeness. The doormen were so helpful and friendly !
