Riverside Tower Hotel

Pros: The staff is incredibly attentive and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, very convenient for getting around and visiting the main attractions. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. Without a doubt, it is highly recommended and we would happily stay here again.

Decent, good value for money. Decent location, Central Park being a view was pretty during snow season. Close to subway.

Pros: Staff were great. Good location and more quiet. Central Park is literally next door! The open space in the hotel is great with brochures and travel advice. Room is very small but cozy and appropriate for a solo traveller.

Cons: Rooms are extremely tight, could only open my suitcase on the bed. But what you pay is what you get.

Pros: The receptionist at check-in was extremely kind and helpful, making the arrival process smooth and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent—close to everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

Pros: Great stay. The hotel is very well located, and the staff were extremely welcoming and truly accommodating, especially after the storm and my flight being cancelled. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I’ll gladly recommend it to others and hope to come back on my next trip to New York.

Good quality for price

Pros: This is a great hotel for the price/location. Rooms are tiny but as long as you know that it’s not an issue! Beds are comfy, no complaints.

Great hotel with friendly staff in a convenient location!

Pros: Neighbourhood was quiet, safe and convenient with the subway a 5 minute walk away! Bed was comfy and was a great shower after a long day of exploring!

Cons: Room was a little small but this was expected with the value for money but ultimately served its purpose!

Perfect room for a short stay in NYC

Pros: The property was only a cpl miles from Times Square - the communal area was clean and had free tea and coffee; the room was clean and secure and the staff (available 24/7) were super friendly and helpful

Cons: The room was a little too small, but we didn’t spend a lot of time there so it didn’t matter too much. This was expected tbf as the room was not expensive

Cons: As a solo tourist I would have preferred a normal bed instead of a bunk bed but could work if you have a travel buddy.
