Pros: Nice location, good price-quality and convenient room.

Cons: They never returned my $500 safety deposit of my credit card after two months. Accounting department never answers the phone or emails.

Amazing stay in the upper west side

Pros: I stayed over Christmas 2025 with my 18 year old son in a junior suite. The room was very spacious, beds comfortable and the view was amazing! I really liked the location, it was nice to come back to a quiet area after a day in high tourist spots. There are subways close by and central park is within walking distance.

Cons: When we arrived there was no bedding for the sofa bed, however the staff resolved this quickly. I wouldn't really let something like this put you off a stay at the Arthouse.

Pros: Location was excellent. The ambiance and esthetics were top tier.

Cons: There was no hot water in the shower. I only stayed one night, so it was okay not to wash my hair for one night, but I did have to take a cold to luke warm shower on a cold NYC night. Buuurrr!!

Good hotel

Pros: It was a very standard room, but fine. I liked that it had a coffee maker, and the location is good if you want to explore the Upper West Side and Central Park. Just two blocks from the hotel, you'll find a Banksy artwork that's truly amazing. They also host some music events at their bar, which I didn't get a chance to try, but it looked cool.

Cons: The room was a bit cold even with the heating on.
