Pros: Location was fantastic for us. The property was clean, staff were extremely friendly.
Cons: I think the breakfast was or is misunderstood. It’s a voucher towards rather than breakfast.

Fantastic holiday, great location and the best part of this hotel is the staff
Pros: Location is very central and very close to many restaurants, bars, cafés. Central Park is in a short walking distance as well as the national history Museum. The hotel is very close to multiple subway platforms and is very easy to use and get around the city. The beds were very comfy, and the café had a good selection for breakfast in the morning. The staff were amazing, especially Edward and Benedict.
Cons: The hotel offers you a $10 voucher for the café to purchase breakfast, this could really be a little bit higher as $10 does not buy you a drink and a pastry/sandwich. I think the bathrooms could do with an update, in our shower the hot water kept going off and you had to keep restarting the shower and the tap in the bathroom sink was very loose.

Pros: Perfect location for the 1 subway. We could access all the major sights whilst staying in a quieter neighbourhood. The quaint charm of the hotel. The quality of Mille Feuille pastries. The friendliness of the doormen.
Cons: Being an old building the lifts were a little frustrating. The $10 breakfast voucher didn't cover all pastry/coffee choices. Perhaps there should be a set menu that can be paid for with the voucher.

Cons: I changed from a de lux room ( poor ) to a premium one that was adeguate. De lux is not.

Pros: The hotel entrance and bar area beautiful. The staff very helpful and professional particularly Maria and Rubin and the hotel manager Luidin. The free walking tour, around the area was amazing and very informative, with Sonja. The tokens for breakfast a nice extra touch. And the complementary wine, which was good wine was another wonderful surprise. Totally loved our stay.

Pros: Amazing property! Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, especially the bell staff who gave great recommendations and advice on touristy things! The rooms were really clean and comfy with great facilities. The bakery within the hotel was also amazing!

Perfect place to relax after a busy day in the city!
Pros: We loved the location and our room at Hotel Belleclaire! The entire staff was helpful and kind and we were beyond happy with our choice of accommodation - bed was super comfortable and the Broadway view room was spacious and beautiful!
Cons: We loved everything!
