Courtyard by Marriott New Castle

It was quiet and comfortable for me.

Pros: I didn't have the breakfast...but the location was good due to the convenience of where I need to go.

Cons: I liked everything

We were comfortable with our two rooms. We also felt very safe, it was an excellent few hours.

Pros: Just stay for a few hour because we needed to catch a flight and it was very close to the airport. I like the large accessible shower.

Cons: for the shower I would have like an extra rug and towels...seems like the property is new so I didn't expect it to be any better.

Vaca-option

Pros: I like they had on-site bar and food area. I like the room and the hideaway amenities, i.e., refrigerator, microwave, coffee, and dresser storage.

Cons: I didn't like that the wifi didn't work. It was beyond slow, which meant I had to leave out room in order to receive service. Please correct this issue.

Perfect for the purpose — easy access, secure, and clean.

Pros: Just an overnight, breakfast was served at the meeting on the next morning.

Cons: N/A

Pros: The room and location right off the highway. Very clean loved the tv had all kinds of apps.

Cons: Didn't get to do breakfast had to leave early

Comfortable, Convenient, hospitable would definitely stay again.

Pros: The room was extremely clean. The food selections at breakfast could have been a little broader and several were not ready at 8:00 am. The staff was all very professional, approachable and helpful. There were issues with the gym door but the night manager was helpful in letting me in. The hotel is conveniently located for easy on and off when traveling. The price per room was excellent and the location was convenient to the riverfront dining options. Would stay there again just for pleasure trip.

Cons: If road noise bothers you i would ask for a room on the back side of the hotel. Other than that I would not have any other negative comment.

clean overall but shower did have hair in it before I even went in. Made me question was it even wiped down or cleaned

Pros: off to the side and convenient stores right there if needed. Front desk was very friendly and professional. I enjoyed my last min stay.

We had a delightful stay! Beautiful, fresh and clean rooms and absolute wonderful staff.

Pros: The team was wonderful! The gentlemen who checked us in was so kind, and Lisa took great care of us in the morning. She helped us out with coffee and made sure that we were well taken care of. Thank you all!

We enjoyed our stay, and really like Marriott Hotels in general!

Pros: It’s very nice, clean, and the staff are very friendly.

Cons: Our room was right near the road, so it was a little bit noisy. And most Marriott Hotels have a pool, and this one did not.

I would stay here again in the future

Pros: Departed early AM, did not have breakfast. Staff was very helpful, property is new facility, nice. Nearby area felt safe

Cons: Disappointed with morning coffee in the lobby/breakfast area. Only option is Starbucks coffee machine, guests have to pay for each cup.
