Pros: I had not used this Hilton brand before and was pleasantly surprised. A nice big room and friendly, helpful staff.

Cons: Not a full restaurant service in the evening - only the bar area. Food and service was fine.

Pros: Rooms were clean and comfortable. The Front desk staff was great.

Cons: We had 2 interactions with the bar tender. She was rude and dismissive on both occasions

Pros: A hotel was very elegant especially the lobby we ordered food to the room from the restaurant that was located there in the hotel food was reasonably priced and delicious the only problem I had was they didn't have room service but other than that everything was wonderful

Nice stay but be prepared to pay for parking

Pros: Clean although in the process of updating and was a little bit of an inconvenience. But all in all it was nice

Pros: The size and cleanliness of my room. I also love the size and style of the lobby.

Was a wonderful experience

Pros: Every thing was great, when I went to check in. I was told I did not have a reservation there. Booking .com was the mistake not the hotel. The gentleman at the front desk was excellent ..

Cons: Not a thing , everything was terrfic, The room I had was absolutely beautiful and clean.

Pros: Great location, close to legal district, restaurants, very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful staff.

Cons: Had a little trouble with the AC which was well handled by the staff

It was lovely I needed a quick mental break and I received it

Pros: It was a real quick check in I booked online walked in showed my Id ..instantly got my room key I was in my room no later than 7 minutes after I walked through the door straight to desk then elevators ..I was highly impressed the front desk staff was quick and had great customer service skills
