Would stay again. Not perfect, but a really good value for the money.

Pros: Convenient location. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was a good value for the money paid, as well. Nice lobby area, obviously recently updated. Wifi was surprisingly good - much better than most hotels I've been at. Beds were comfortable, and the furnishings inside the room were all in good shape.

Cons: Some of the hotel is a bit worn (elevators, things like that). The hotel room was mostly clean, but there were some spots that weren't totally clean (bathroom was only so-so). It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't perfect. Food offerings were wildly expensive, even for a hotel.

Cons: Morgenmad var ikke inkluderet, men skulle tilkøbes. De ansatte i cafeen virkede lidt overraskede over, at der kom gæster og havde ikke selv styr på, hvad den kunne tilbyde. Parkering var meget dyr - USD 20 i døgnet

Pros: The staff were as helpful as they could’ve been! Room was cleaned, I stayed on the 9th floor, the hotel was clean and very quiet!

Cons: Booking through a third party with this property is a BIG INCONVENIENCE! Be aware.

Pros: The staff were outstanding. Very helpful and nice. The food available in the bar area saved me. I arrived late and had not eaten dinner.

Pros: Breakfast: It was very good! We had some breakfast from Bistro each of the mornings we were there. The staff was pleasant, efficient, and reliable. It was also a good value - Overall: The staff was totally AWESOME! always ready to offer suggestions for places to eat, directions, change for the laundry, greeting us in hallways etc. The room was EXCELLENT! It had plenty of room for my companion to be comfortable with his limited mobility. When we ate in our room the table with wheels was helpful to move it to where he was comfortable. The adaptive bathroom was a wonderful! He felt very secure taking a shower due to the bars he could gold onto. There was ample room in the bathroom for him to move around in getting out of the tub. We also appreciated the quality of the towels and the amount we had in our room. The bed was lovely and the TV was great!

Cons: There was a slight issue with the parking. We were directed to park on the second floor or higher of the garage. However after we parked on the second floor, we found that the elevator was not working. This was a hardship for my companion who uses a cane and has mobility concerns (Parkinson's) I brought this to the attention of the desk staff (Antonio) and he made it possible for us to park on on the first level in a handicapped space. That was a big relief! The second morning I realized that the car was on the second floor (from the previous evening). I do not drive so one of the staff members (Kamieka?) offered to come with me and brought the car to the front entrance of the hotel. Great help from the staff !!

Nice and affordable hotel in the heart of Wilmington.

Pros: Refrigerator, Microwave, Iron, coffee maker and cable TV. Comfortable bed and pillows. Walking distance to local restaurants. I would have given it a 10 if it included free parking. :) I would stay there again.

Pros: The front desk person that greeted us was super friendly and nice. She gave us directions to a few places and made sure we got our Lyft

Pros: Room was spacious and clean. Staff very friendly and professional.

Cons: Parking is in a parking garage and had to pay extra for that like 17 so not a big deal but wasn't aware at time I booked

Cons: Rooms were tight in the doorway, bathroom and sink area… yet tons of empty space near windows? for 3 people using bathroom, shower and sink it got tight and crowded
