Great staff, good value

Pros: Staff were very pleasant and professional. Breakfast included a hot item as well as pastries, juice & coffee. Luggage could be left with no additional fee. Highly recommend.

Cons: There were steps to the foyer and the doorperson was not always there so had to navigate the luggage myself both on arrival and departure. There were only 5 steps.

Great location, nice hotel, services could be better

Pros: The location is great, good restaurants and theaters nearby, several city attractions are at a waking distance. The room is nice and cozy, even if it was not very big.

Cons: The staff is not that friendly and they were not very open to communicate or to listen our requests, as they try to quick-solve everything, instead of offering a real valuable solution. The breakfast is even worse than 2 years ago, when we stayed there the first time. They offer only 2 types of sandwiches, but the portions are very small. The rest is just small portions of fruit, coffee, juice and 2 types of bread. And the area where they currently offer breakfast is the bar, so not a lot of seats available.

Pros: Love the art deco style, new interior, clean, fantastic location, walking distance from the theatres on Broadway, Central Park, fifth avenue. Staff very friendly and nice. We asked for early check in and we’d got it.

Very nice hotel!

Pros: The room was perfect! The lobby personal as well! The location is also great and make our journey easier!

Cons: The breakfast room was too crowded. We wanted to sit one morning but the waiter told us we have to wait as a family would sit there. We left anyways and said nothing. I think everyone should take his breakfast in the room instead of waiting for a table.
