Pros: A wonderful location, best of hotel ever. Very helpful concierge and reception! Overall: A perfect stay in the middle of Manhatten. Do not miss the restaurant when you stay in Chatwal.

Pros: The staff are very friendly and helpful. It was very clean all round and the room was very spacious. Great location too.

Stunning service, exceptional stay

Pros: Room was exceptionally well furnished and designed. Enough space and a stunning bathroom. Everything you would need was provided right down to make up removal pads to keep the pillows fresh. Stunning service for an exceptional stay. From doorman, reception to the absolutely thorough and friendly butler service and cleaning/ hygiene team. Round the clock care for a home-from-home experience

Great location right off of times square, very little noise and very friendly and helpful staff!

Pros: Great staff, great advice on restaurants from the consierge, good conversations with the life guard/pool attendant and very friendly doormen! Nice little pool, nice and large room (junior suite).

Cons: The restaurant is a little gloomy and not very family (read kid) friendly - but the food is great (although very expensive), the lobby is very small.

Hôtel à recommander

Pros: Personnel accueillant, souriant et serviable entre autre le chef Concierge et sa team. Personnel top ! Chambre très confortable par sa fonctionnalité, ses équipements et toute la team du housekeeping. Hôtel bien situé avec un accès facile à d'autres lieux soit à pied, en métro, etc

Cons: Piscine permettant un bain de détente plus qu'un bassin où l'on puisse vraiment nager. Toutefois il a le mérite d'exister.

Retro stylish verblijf in (toeristisch) hart centrum van New York.

Pros: De ligging is centraal (op 2 min lopen van Times Square) en dichtbij 2 metro stations. De inrichting van hotel en kamers is stijlvol retro maar niet modern. Ontbijt niet geprobeerd (was ook niet inbegrepen en niet duidelijk). Verder genoeg eetgelegenheid om de hoek. De kamers met balkon zoals op websites weergegeven is toegankelijk voor select aantal kamers. De kamers zijn wel stil en dan te bedenken dat je om de hoek van Times Square begint. Het zwembad is leuk maar wel klein. Er is niet altijd iemand aanwezig en dan kun je er geen gebruik van maken zoals wij een avond hadden.

Cons: Dat tegen deze prijzen ontbijt niet is onbegrepen. Verder is het op de gangen en liften warm. Airco’s alleen op de kamers.
