Nice hotel, don’t stay in the front rooms

Pros: The hotel is very close to some really big ongoing constructions, some rooms can be really noise starting really early in the day, I had to ask to change my room. And it worked okay!

Cons: How close it is to constructions.

Brilliant Stay, ideal place if you want close to Times Square

Pros: · Ideal Location, very close to Times Square · Very clean hotel · Lots of good TV channels & access to Netflix/Disney using you own account · Powerful shower · Friendly & helpful Staff · Good heating / AC unit

Cons: · Minor issues but duvets sheet only held with corner overthrow kept coming off & Iron kept leaking water onto clothes when was using it

Great hotel, staff, and location

Pros: Great room, quite spacious for NYC. Very friendly staff. Decent gym for a quick workout. Excellent location!

Great location, rooms and staff.

Pros: Enjoyed it's close location to everything, especially 5th and 6th avenue. Hotel is also situated between Grand Central and Times Square. Staff were also very friendly and great to deal with. Everywhere including the rooms were very clean and room was nice and modern. Bed was also very comfortable. Smart TVs with Netflix ect was nice for unwinding at night. Rooms were also well insulated from the extreme cold outside that the US is currently experiencing. I'd definitely visit again.

Cons: The heating/ac unit intermittently blowing out cold air while set to hot was a little strange but not a deal breaker. Maybe it's just part of regulating the temperature ?

Perfect place to stay for a NYC first-timer

Pros: Everything about it fit my requirements: Fabulous location, exceptional staff, clean and comfortable rooms!

Cons: Room was a bit tight with nowhere to put our luggage

Great location, great value

Pros: The location is amazing! The staff are friendly, the hotel was clean.

Cons: You need more lifts for the property, I would’ve liked to have seen a kettle but I understand this maybe a British thing.

Great hotel in fantastic location

Pros: Location was amazing !!!!! Central to everything and subway access. Staff were great, room was a good size for New York. There was a coffee machine in the room and ice and water machine on our floor. Bathroom was large, well lit and clean. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Cons: There is construction going on over the road which isn't the hotels fault but our street facing room was incredibly noisy from 7am onwards.
