Pros: Location is great and staff friendly. Good coffee and okay breakfast (selection of three items per person - eg drink, yogurt, fruit or pastry). Clean room and comfy bed. A bit extended late checkout was also possible without extra charge

Good experience and cost benefit. Superb location. Minor shortcomings for a 4-star property.
Pros: - Superb location close to Times Square, making it very easy to get around NYC, especially for activities in this area. - Good cost-benefit option overall. - Staff were great: friendly, well-humored, attentive, and quick to solve issues (in particular Barbara, Michael and Angel from the front desk, and Shakira and Elvis from cleaning). - Issues with room assignment and maintenance noise were handled well and promptly resolved. - Room was a good size, with enough space for luggage and personal items. - Heating worked well once adjusted. - Elevators worked efficiently with very short waiting times. - Water fountains available in the lobby and every two floors. - No extra charges for receiving Amazon packages. - Flexible hotel policies: allowed to stay in the room until check-in time from day 1 to day 2 and granted 2 hours of late check-out. - Overall very clean.
Cons: - First room assigned was not the one booked, and the room change only happened on the second day. - Room maintenance could be slightly improved, with some dust in harder-to-reach areas. - Towels felt small for a 4-star hotel. - Wi-Fi was not strong. - Included breakfast was very limited, with only three options to choose from at the counter.

Excellent location, but too noisy outside
Pros: Big room, big bed, very comfortable. 2 minutes walk from Times Square. Very central location as most iconic places in NY are accessible by foot from there.
Cons: Too noisy outside even if we were on the 11th floor. There seems to be some construction works even at night. Too much garbage on the street. No real view from the window.

Value, quality and location! Why would you stay anywhere else?
Pros: Centrally located between Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Bryant Park and Grand Central. You’re literally walking distance from most of the iconic NYC places to see. My room was beautiful, with a nice view out of the window to the church across the road. The hotel was always well staffed with professional helpful staff.

Gem of a hotel
Pros: The hotel was central, the room was a good size, the bed was so comfortable, the staff were great and so friendly and helpful! The food we did have there was great quality and tasty.
Cons: Nothing, they have thought of everything.

I would recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travellers.
Pros: I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with housekeeping doing an excellent job throughout my stay. The staff were courteous, professional, and always willing to assist with requests, which made the experience even more enjoyable.The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and key areas, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.
Cons: While the stay was largely positive, there is some room for improvement in terms of breakfast variety. That said, these were minor points and did not take away from the overall experience.
