Good stay amazing location

Pros: The room were nice and cleaned, also the toilet and the bedsheets were cleaned which i like a lot when I stay in hotel .

Cons: The breakfast was very poor

Pros: Great location - everything is close. This is our third time staying at this hotel, it is comfortable.

Great location, room very clean and good size shame the bed was a bit small but overall decent value for money.

Pros: The property is in a great location right of fifth avenue and a 5 minute walk away from Times Square. The room was a good size, clean and the house keeping came daily to provide new towels and we got new bedding every other day. Heater in the room which very quickly warmed up and also nice hot powerful shower.

Cons: Downside was breakfast option was poor very few food items offered and no option for allergens so we didn’t ever use this option. The bed is small in length my partner had to sleep diagonally in the bed. Also found the staff weren’t very welcoming or friendly there was also many times we had to wait for anyone to be present at the main desk.

Pros: Great central location. Clean and comfy room. Grab and go breakfast was perfect to get going ready for a day sightseeing!

Pros: Position is simply great for those who love midtown but are not too fond of Times Square. Room was small but clean and fit very well our needs. Breakfast was ok.

Cons: Concierge provided wrong suggestion about parking on the street to push the usage of the parking lot. A cleaning cart was parked on our floor the whole evening/night.

Pros: The location was excellent. The room was perfect for what we wanted. We would spend the day out and about and the room was comfortable quiet and safe when we got back. Tea and coffee facilities downstairs were good the staff were friendly and helpful

Cons: The breakfast was ok but could do with some improvement on variety.

For someone who is cost conscious, this is a place to stay in the heart of New York

Pros: I love the prepared breakfast that you order the night before. The location is very central and very affordable. The rooms are comfortable and very spacious (roomy). Definitely a place for me every time I come to New York

I wouls recommend this hotel to everyone considering staying in New York for some days.

Pros: The location is just perfect. So close to Times square and the Broadway theatres! Right between Rockefeller center and Empire state building. Walking distance to anywhere in Manhattan.

Cons: The included breakfast was not an ordinary hotel breakfast. So I was surprised about that. It was packed in a bag and made ready to go. I would prefer an ordinary breakfast at the hotel facility. But that just me.

Perfect location and super clean hotel

Pros: Location, safe neighborhood, newly renovated, new furniture, whole hotel smells good, super clean, no carpet in the room, windows can be opened a little, staff members are very frieldly and kind, new tovels every day. Coffe and tea available for free whole day. Thank you Citadines Connect for our pleasant stay!
