A perfect starting point of our excellent vacation in NYC. We will be back!

Pros: We were welcome by lovely and smiling Erin. Our room had a great view and was spacious with a king size bed. We were upgraded from QZ -no extra charge. Situated «in the middle of» Times Square.

Cons: Shower and bathtub was a bit worn. No electrical sockets/ outputs by the bed. Carpet in room appeared worn in some places

Pros: The front desk clerk with butterfly beard such a diva. He deserved a raise for sure and would def recommend to friends and family to stay there instead when visiting NYC.z

Pros: The location was ideal and the views from the room were amazing. I like the fact that it had sets of massive windows giving me two different views.

Cons: Overall everything was fine - cleanliness of the small details would have been slightly better but still great overall.

Perfect location, comfortable & everything we needed

Pros: Location is perfect. Beds are comfortable and rooms spacious. Everything we needed. Also great views with big windows.

Cons: Needs a bit of TLC, such has curtains wouldn’t shut properly due to coming away from rail, water doesn’t drain straight away in bath/ sink. And the baths could do with an upgrade

Even though it’s a big hotel as they all are.we felt the customer service was excellent it was a lovely warm room with

Pros: Very comfortable room. But the sofa bed was not comfortable even with two extra duvets to try to make it better. The staff were very helpful tho. It’s a shame the bar and restaurant wasn’t open. Also we didn’t know we had to request tea and coffee making facilities. We asked the next day and acquired them.
