Cosy, renovated hotel with a great location and amazing.

Pros: Great location - close to Times Square and Grand Central. Really clean and renovated rooms, good new bathroom, comfortable bed, cosy lobby area and really polite and professional staff. Note there was no safety box in the room, but they offered a solution with a personal safety box at the reception. Thank you!

Cons: Nothing! It's NYC so there's always going to be a hum in your room

Cons: The windows in our room were not well sealed, but there were blinds that protected them.The air conditioning worked well.

Recommend for a great location.

Pros: Fantastic location, especially if you plan on attending Broadway shows. Friendly and attentive staff. Would happily stay here again.

Cons: My only recommendation would be to bring an eye mask to achieve a better blackout. The gaps in the door frames let in a lot of light at night from the hallway.
