Warm wonderful stay

Pros: A very thought-out hotel. The concierge was very helpful with my luggage. Reception was friendly and allowed me to check-in early. My room was a corner unit and I enjoyed the views. Loved the old-school decor of room & bathroom. I enjoyed the bathroom products, luxurious. The gowns were also useful, kept me warm. The inclusion of a JBL Bluetooth speaker/clock/alarm was a nice feature for me. There's a smart samsung TV and I could connect/pair my samsung phone and watch my own YouTube/Netflix on the big screen. Very close to grand central so I could get to my activities. I spent 2-nights

Cons: I did find a hairstrand in the bathtub but didn't report this, i just removed it myself. I didn't make a big fuss about it. My AC was not heating up in the very cold April I stayed there but I called reception and they sent someone to fix it immediately.

Great place to stay in NYC

Pros: Great bed, sheets and towels. It was a great place to stay in NYC!

Cons: As expected the room is not that spacious and the window in our bathroom was closed which made it really cold. But the staff adjusted the bathroom heater which improved significantly.

Pros: Amazing location less than 5 minutes from Grand Central and 10-20 minutes from all mid town attractions on foot. Plenty of places to eat nearby as well Staff were amazing, we were staying for our honeymoon and they made sure we had a bottle of wine in the room for our arrival and went out there way to make the stay amazing.

Pros: Wonderful location. The only cons about 70 Park Avenue hotel: no cafeteria for the guests in order to warm up some meal in a microwave.
