Amazing location and very modern and clean.

Pros: Very central. Room Smallish but for the central managgsran location this hotel is excellent value. Nice Italian restaurant on site too.

Cons: The storage in the room and a coat hook would be handy. Larger bedside storage too

Pros: Perfect location , lovely big room for four people Lovely big bathroom Super clean Lovely bar with live music

Cons: The only negative thing I can say is that despite leaving our towels hanging up the housekeeping kept changing them but only left two behind so had to ask for more- such a waste to keep washing them Great to have a kettle and coffee machine but would have been nice to have China cups

Great hotel in good location. Need to streamline their check-in procedure

Pros: Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms nice. Hotel staff all very pleasant to deal with.

Cons: Check in process was needlessly complicated. I booked 4 rooms of 2 via Booking.com. My friend booked another 3 rooms via Booking.com. On arrival, instead of taking one payment for each booking, they took payments for each room individually + deposits for each room individually, so for my 4 rooms that were on a single booking, I had to pay via Credit Card 8x times at the reception instead of one single payment. The whole process took at least 45 minutes. The whole thing was a nightmare. Additionally, I booked 4x double rooms which had the option of twin beds of one large bed. Via booking.com I specified twin beds, however the hotel told us that this didn't carry through to their booking and 3 of the rooms ended up having to share a bed.
