Chic, comfy, classy. AMAZING staff

Pros: Amazing staff, facilities are chic, updated, clean, rooms are super comfortable, location is great: midtown but not too hectic. Will definitely come back. I forgot personal belongings in the property and staff was beyond helpful in getting it back

Cons: It was truly perfect. If anything, sometimes elevators would take a while to come.

Pros: Staff and location were perfect. And cleanliness we couldn't fault. Overall facilities were ok though misleading as it suggested minibar when really you had to order from a mini bar ie. not just located in your room.

This also wasn't great as we assumed this would mean a fridge to put milk in for our little one but no. Also no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and when we asked for some we got given a kettle but then coffee filters which needed a coffee machine to use so we ended up buying some instant coffee to use with the coffee to have first thing. One other thing was that it looked like the ceiling wasn't finished in our room, it needed plastering and painting. Not sure if this was the look they were going for but it definitely didn't fit in with the rest of the décor.

Pros: Perfect location, comfortable room and helpful staff.

Cons: Room was pretty tight with two double beds. Charged my credit card twice for the full stay at the start and end and it was really difficult/impossible to contact the property about it.

Pros: Great location! Very central in midtown - which was perfect for nyc first timers like us. The rooftop bar has epic views of the Empire State Building. Walking distance to lots of landmarks, shopping areas and transport.

Cons: The rooms are on the smaller side. Hard to manoeuvre the room with open suitcases.

Great stay beside Bryant park!

Pros: Location is great, staff are very helpful, bathroom and room modern and clean! Comfortable bed! Great rooftop bar with view of empire state.

Cons: Elevators were slow and the corridors could have been cleaner - but the room was super clean

Beautiful hotel, perfect location and the view of the Empire State Building from our room was stunning!

Pros: Gorgeous hotel, communal areas are lovely, our rooms were spacious with plenty of storage, bathroom is stunning, the location of the hotel is perfect for seeing everything we wanted to, staff are friendly and helpful

Cons: Only slight negative was we had to use a credit card to pre approve our payment on arrival as it wouldn’t accept my debit card to do that, I said at the time we would want to use a different card to pay and was told that was fine, when checking out the rooms were automatically charged to the credit card we’d used, the receptionist did offer to refund and recharge to my debit card but it didn’t seem like it was an easy process and they weren’t keen to do it, because of this we ended up with hefty credit card charges on top of the payment, not necessarily the hotels fault but in hindsight I feel they should ask if you want to pay with the same card used for pre approval before charging.

Pros: This hotel is in the perfect location, we could walk almost everywhere. Or the subway is very close. The hotel is very clean and the staff are wonderful. Very helpful. My son was poorly on the last day and they let us stay in our room for longer so he could rest before we went to the airport, which was very much appreciated. The rooftop bar has excellent views and the food and drink was excellent. Children are allowed in 5-7pm which worked really well for us. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Cons: We thought everything was excellent, it met all our requirements.

Pros: view of the empire state from our room. The location was ideal for walking around the city. Bed was very comfy.

Cons: in room fridge noise - we unplugged it.
