The Chemists Club Hotel

This wa out 3rd sat and we will be most definitely be back. Excellent hotel and stay . Highly recommend!

Pros: Thea staff are exceptional and extremely friendly helpful. The rooms are spacious , very very comfortable and tastefully decorated . Very clean and well stocked daily.

Cons: The lifts can take a little long at times and as they are small quite often they were full and we had to wait until the next one. Not really a big deal though when staying in such a gorgeous place . The reception is a tiny bit exposed when doing financial transactions.

Overall it was a very pleasant stay!!!

Pros: I loved this restored hotel: room, bed, pillows, cleaning!

Cons: Just couple of small things: the sink faucets did not work properly and in the king room there was not so much space if you have more than one luggage.

Pros: Lovely modern brand new hotel with luxurious interiors, really comfortable stay

Cons: We were put in a room that was adjoining another room with a locked door, it was quite noisy but the staff were really accommodating by moving us to a more private room

Modern and centrally located hotel

Pros: The staff were very welcoming and the facilities were great. We arrived late and really appreciated the complimentary minbar in our room. The location is fantastic and the room size is generous by central NYC standards.

Cons: An onsite bar would have been great, however, I appreciate space is limited.

Lovely, friendly hotel and newly redecorated.

Pros: Lovely small hotel, very central to lots of places, and we loved that the rooms were all newly renovated. Great heating too which was needed as it was the coldest winter! We asked for adjong rooms and got them, which was nice. The beds are very comfy and king sized! Staff were all lovely and friendly and very helpful.

Cons: Slight smell of gas fire in the breakfast room, which was a bit off putting. The hotel is very small so not much athmosphere in the lobby.

Pros: Lovely room, with a view of the Chrysler building. Very clean and coffee machine v welcome! Great with a family too as a little bigger than standard in NYC, and after a long day walking - a bath! Location cannot be beaten, just a round the corner from Grand Central. Would definitely stay again!

Cons: Our booked room, with two double beds was not available on check in but the hotel handled it superbly.

Pros: Good size room, comfortable bed, nice decoration, central location , beautiful gym, friendly staff

Cons: Shower caps and vanity not replaced when used. Bed is weirdly made with comforter always coming out.

Exceptional in every way

Pros: Everything from the location, the room sizes and design to the staff were exceptional! The other customers at the hotel were also very classy and polite people. I would definitely stay there again if I go on holidays again in NYC!

Beautiful hotel, quiet and comfortable in a great location for exploring

Pros: Great location, beautiful interiors, incredibly comfortable bed and the junior suite was a good size ( most hotel rooms in USA I’ve stayed in before were too small) Super helpful staff

Cons: No down points really but if I’m picky I’d say that It doesn’t have a restaurant but is linked to the ‘Benjamin steak house’ which we felt was over priced- generally we don’t want meals at the hotel but as we were caught out in a snow storm we ate there once
