Safe and comfortable experience

Pros: It was a very comfortable experience. The check-in process was smooth, I was allowed early check-in on a weekday. The bed was perfect. The Empire State view was beautiful. The room was cleaned very well. I felt very safe as a solo female traveler. Good amenities, such as the coffee machine with coffee and tea options, small refrigerator, etc. Size of the room was reasonable. Free luggage storage.

Cons: Free drinking/bottled water upon arrival could be a good addition.

Pros: I loved the location, the room was small, but enough space if you stay alone like I did. It was clean and cosy. Loved the breakfast, small area, but everybody had a space

Worth the money, will stay again.

Pros: Location was very good; the staff were all really polite and helpful.

Cons: Breakfast area very crowded (and this was liw season!) + for example one morning there was no cream cheese nor regular coffee 😱. Plus CNN was not in the channel choices.

Perfect location for Broadway & sights

Pros: The hotel has an absolutely perfect location in terms of tourist attractions, shopping, and Broadway shows, which are all within walking distance. The room was well equipped, with a coffee machine with capsules that were replenished every day- perfect for winter days when you can make tea and warm up. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. The room with a view was good, but it was a shame that the Empire State Building itself was only visible if you stood a few centimeters from the window (which was even lower than me, so I had to really bend down to see the view). I thought I might be able to see it from the bed, but no - which is probably to be expected, as the hotel is close by and the height difference between the buildings is quite large. Cosmetics, soaps, a hair dryer, and a sufficient number of towels were available, including several spare ones, as well as a black towel for removing makeup.

Cons: The water pressure in the shower was very weak, especially for washing my hair. I also didn't like the heating, as I often felt cold in the room (the duvet was thin, and there was also a blanket available, but it was also too thin). - You can set the temperature yourself, but even when I set it to the highest possible temperature, sometimes the heat worked for a few minutes, but mostly cold air blew from there. The blinds on the air conditioner were very difficult to move, so the air blew directly onto my bed, which was quite unpleasant. I would also criticize the breakfast, which was very poor. For me personally, there was little choice, no vegetables, cheese or ham to go with the bread, and a limited number of fruits. The floor in my room wasn't particularly dirty, but there were patches of what looked like dried cement or silicone in some places, which was quite uncomfortable to walk on barefoot. I also missed a few things in the bathroom, such as a toilet brush, which I considered a matter of course.

It’s such a shame we only stayed for one night, I’ll definitely come back! :)

Pros: Perfect location, clean and modern rooms equipped with everything you may need. Good breakfast, friendly staff, Empire State Building view from our room was exceptional

Comfy room with a view

Pros: The position was great, close to the main attractions and to the subway. The bed was comfy and the view amazing

Cons: The room is pretty small even for two people. Same for the breakfast area which is too small for all the people in the hotel so we had to have breakfast at the standing desk for most of the days

Pros: The location, the price, the people.. 100% recommended

Cons: I don't recommend breakfast, not very healthy.. but it's worth booking the hotel and having breakfast around!

Greta mid-town location for seeing the main sites of NYC.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfy and the bedding was really nice quality. Bonus points for having a glimpse of the Empire State Building from your bed.

Cons: The hotel is small, outside of your room there's not really anywhere to hang out. Breakfast was ok (and FREE!) but I am not a fan of paper plates, paper cups and plastic cutlery.

Pros: The location was fantastic, walk distance to most of the attractions.

Cons: Very poor breakfast options.

Good plase to stay in New York, Midtown Manhatten.e

Pros: Excelent location in Manhatten Midtown. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. They booked us taxi to JFK. The price was resonable.

Cons: Noisy door closing mechanism. There was no wi-fi in the room (13 floor).
