Comfortable and great location

Pros: Lovely hotel decorated in traditional colours. Quiet and comfortable despite location being fantastic.

Cons: The breakfast range was a bit limited.We ate out most days.

I definitely recommend staying at this hotel - many attractions are within walking distance

Pros: very good location, helpful staff, very clean rooms

Cons: the room was booked for 4 people, but there were only 2 bottles of water and 2 sets of towels (after a reminder, the towels were replenished)

Book it!

Pros: Location was 5 minute walk from Grand Central. Super convenient to visit everything and still very quiet. The rooftop bar was super friendly and a nice way to spend the end of the day. I appreciated all the little touches in the room.

Cons: The reception staff are efficient but not very welcoming.

NY surrealistic and much better than anticipated.

Pros: We appreciate especially the Japanese spirit of the hotel. My wife is Japanese and we are Japan lovers. Now we are also New York lovers as well as Kitano hotel NY.

Comfort and quality located in the heart of Uptown Manhattan.

Pros: Great location, friendly staff, comfortable beds and decent sized rooms (for NYC!)

Cons: Breakfast not inclusive and expensive but many deli's and other options not far from the hotel.
