Cons: They don't allow to park outside the hotel, if You Rent a car You need to stay into the car waiting for the others

Cons: Only very minor thing that there were no lights by the door which had a huge mirror so you couldn't use it

Great location for a NYC trip!

Pros: Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The door man were very polite and courteous

Great location

Pros: The location was great, I could walk to so many different places from the hotel. The bed was comfortable. I got a room upgrade, so I had more space in the room, which was great too.

Cons: There is a construction site right across the hotel's corner, so it was very noisy from 7 am to 11 pm. I was on the 8th floor, so I recommend asking for a room on a higher floor, and facing a different side of the main entrance and Times Square street. The safe stopped working after the first use, so they tried to fix it, and in the end, they brought me a new one. Also, I found a tiny bug one day on my bed.

Really good would definitely stay again

Pros: Great central location, close to subway and short walking distance to Times Square , Central Park and broadway shows. Staff were very attentive, rooms cozy and comfortable and a fair price for New York .

Cons: Room quite loud at times due to building works across the street but this will only be temporary.

Very suitable for a single to be comfortable and secure.

Pros: Room was quiet and the bed comfortable. The bar was cosy and staff welcoming and helpful. The location was perfect for access to my interests of art and music.
