Don't normally return to the same hotels but with this one I would really love to.

Pros: No-brainer choice for first time in New York. We got exactly the type of room and floor we requested. Amazing value for money. The breakfast is really great with a ton of alternatives, hot and cold and variation from day to day. Spacious room. Comfortable bed and bedding. Hand soap, schampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair drier and safe deposit. Modern tv with ability to cast. Quick help when calling the reception. Daily room cleaning. Polite staff at all times, in particular the breakfast staff were very kind and respectful. Elevators worked fine, only a few 2-3 times during our 10 days when we had to wait >5 minutes and it was always during \

Cons: The bathroom didn't seem to have its own heating and was quite cold as it was -10 degrees C outside, although we never asked about this.

Great location

Pros: Great location - within easy reach of Central Park, Broadway and various Subway stations. Staff were polite & friendly. A decent sized room for the price and location.

Cons: Reliability of the lifts was a bit hit & miss - quite a long walk down the stairs to breakfast as all but one lift was out of order one morning.

Better than I expected

Pros: Location. There were no problems with the elevators, check-in was very fast and without problems even though we think in the pre-Christmas period. I was worried about the rating of 4.3 on Google, I never book such low-rated hotels, but here it worked.

Cons: Breakfasts for a longer stay are average, but you can always eat outside the hotel. There are also no glasses/cups in the room, but you can take them from breakfast.

Pros: The hotel left a very good impression. We stayed on the 57th floor, and the view was amazing, especially in the evening. The room was comfortable and cozy. The breakfasts were very tasty with a good variety of food. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back again.
