Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel

Comfortable clean and location excellent

Pros: Location Resturant facilities and Starbucks breakfast

Cons: Internet issues for 4 days House cleaning not restocking coffee facilities but front desk helped with this

Incredible location, but a little tired.

Pros: You cannot beat the location of this hotel, particularly for New Years.

Cons: The beds are crazy. They are small double beds, but they’re on stands so they are very high (over 1m). It made it difficult for my daughter to get into bed!

Excellent stay with outstanding staff and great New Year’s Eve organization

Pros: I would like to thank the entire team at the Sheraton New York Times Square for putting so much effort into making our stay as pleasant as possible. I would especially like to mention Alex at the front desk, as well as his colleagues, and Edi at the Starbucks café, along with his team. Housekeeping was efficient and done daily, with constant restocking of everything we needed. On New Year’s Eve, after the ball drop, the hotel did an excellent job managing the large number of guests returning. The use of colored cards to group elevators worked very well, and the crowd was hardly noticeable when coming back from the New Year’s celebration. It’s true that the hotel has a large number of rooms and that at certain times the front desk can be very busy, but the staff is fast, efficient, and solution-oriented. I believe they deserve understanding during those peak moments when many guests arrive at once.

Cons: I would also suggest increasing the staffing at the Starbucks café, especially during the early morning hours, as more personnel at the register would help speed up the line that tends to form at that time.

In general it was a nivel place.

Pros: The food and beverage fodd complementar was awsome.

Cons: The toilet seat at room 735 was loose. It was disgusting.

Pros: Great location . Comfortable rooms. Very security conscious , visable throughout the hotel which was excellent.

Cons: The additional charges were not explained at either time of booking or on checkin . Some of the checkin front desk team were not as clear as they could have been on questions.

Pros: The beds! Ive never slept on a bed like that in my life. The location was perfect and the staff were lovely and helpful

Cons: The lifts - can take ages to get to the lobby

Pros: Excellent Front Desk Service! I stayed at this hotel from October 3rd to October 7th, and I want to thank the amazing front desk staff for their excellent service. Both the young lady and gentleman at the front desk were very friendly and professional. My reservation was made in separate bookings, but I wanted to keep the same room for my entire stay. They handled my request quickly and efficiently, which made my stay much more comfortable. Thank you again for the great service — I’ll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to New York!

​Great Service, Minor Room Quirks

Pros: This was a great stay. The staff were all incredibly nice and accommodating. My room had everything I needed, and I loved the daily credit and complimentary water. Just a heads-up that the room is a bit on the small side, and I would have preferred a gel soap. If you love Time Square, this place is just right for you. The subway is also just a few steps away.

Cons: It would be a nice touch if they also provided a toothbrush or vanity kit.

Fantastic stay and superb location.

Pros: The location was fantastic, the room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and it was great value. The checkout was noon which was really helpful.

Cons: The check-in line was very long when we arrived late at night with kids. Also didn’t have free luggage store.

Pros: A walk away from Timesquare, central park, clean hotel and lots of street food around hotel to enjoy life as a New Yorker.
