A fun place to stay

Pros: Very comfortable bed, friendly, helpful staff. Cute hotel. Wonderful Italian restaurant attached. Location makes walking easy to 911 Memorial and South St. Seaport.

Pros: Very friendly front office, Robert was always cheerful and willing to guide and help. Room size was very good, for a hotel located in Manhattan. The location is superb.

Cons: The room tariff was a bit steep, and other facilities were non-existent.

Pros: Excellent location for our needs staying in New York. Convenient for subway connections. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfasts included in price were of good quality and restaurant area very pleasant. Kettle was available on request for hot drinks in our room.

Would definitely recommend

Pros: The hotel was really nice. It had a comfy bed, nice bar / restaurant, and was conveniently placed for the financial district / downtown Manhattan. Overall the hotel exceeded my expectations.

Cons: They don't have irons and boards, only steamers, and there are no tea / coffee making facilities in the room (there is free coffee in the mornings via a machine in the lobby). I think this only became an inconvenience because I stayed for 6 nights though.

Pros: This hotel is a gem. It is one of the most cozy hotels I have ever stayed in. The customer service provided by the staff is great and it provides a great escape from the craziness of NYC. Every time you walk in to the hotel, you are greeted with a unique scent that welcomes you back. It is quiet and tucked away from the rest of the city which allows for a great night of rest.

Cons: The lack of privacy in how the bathroom is designed within the room is unfortunate. This is not an issue if you are staying alone, but if you are with someone it is a real issue.

Perfect location for City Trip

Pros: Perfectly located in a quiet, clean, not really crowded part of the city. Very clean & stylish, friendly Staff

Cons: Breakfast only Limited with Voucher for restaurant and choice of 5 small dishes. Always got a seat next to the kitchen and slow service. We do prefer a buffet.
