Wonderful

Pros: Having traveled extensively both myself and my wife consider The Beekman to be the coolest hotel that we have ever stayed in. The bar especially, is wonderful and the staff don’t fail to impress. The bar especially/ atrium is spectacular and we love it. We are looking forward to returning and reconnecting. Thank you

Cons: The atrium and bar

worthwhile to stay here in terms of quality and value for money

Pros: The hotel is a delight, mixing modern with the old in a glorious, characterful 1880s building with central 9-storey atrium. Good sized rooms and easy access to the subway. Large bathrooms too.

Cons: Room service is very slow for a 5 star hotel. Otherwise a sheer delight for a New York hotel

The Beekman was a perfect base to explore Lower Manhattan

Pros: The hotel’s style and front desk service were both impeccable and the food was excellent.

An excellent hotel in an excellent location.

Pros: The Beekman is an excellent hotel located a few minutes walk from city hall and the Brooklyn Bridge. A wonderful hotel that was converted from a 1910 office building. Very impressive architecture throughout the inside, and decorated to a very high standard. All the staff were extremely helpful. Very large bedroom and bathroom with high quality furnishing. No noise from the street or inside the hotel.

Cons: The only thing missing was possibly a few more table lamps in the bedroom.

Beautiful hotel in a great location.

Pros: Architecturally beautiful. Spacious rooms and bathroom. Comfortable beds. The bar area is exceptional with great atmosphere and excellent cocktails. 5 mins walk from Brooklyn Bridge. 39 mins walk from SoHo and. Subway very close to hotel.

Cons: There is some noise from the bar area as all the room face out into the atrium. It didn’t bother us at all but it’s worth noting as it may be an issue for some. The hotel do provide a little white noise radio which my son used.
