Wish rates were lower, but my go-to place to stay in NY.

Pros: Rooms are super comfy, great breakfast and great gym. Service is impeccable.

Cons: The room didn’t smell great, but did look clean. Probably the AC and NY in the summer… Bathtub was a little rundown.

Pros: The whole experience was amazing. What stood out for me and the family was the door men - who were very helpful and super friendly, the breakfast service team, the suite was was well appointed and had everything we needed for a traveling family of 5. I would definitely stay here when in NY.

Cons: We had to spend on the pricey bottled water (FIJI) placed in the room, as the alternative was not readily available on complimentary until we requested for it from the housekeeping team. But after that we got plenty and all was well.

Sin duda volveríamos al Loews Regency New York Hotel. Espero podamos regresar.

Pros: Sin duda destacamos el servicio de Consejería, EXCELENTE. Sus recomendaciones y ayudas nos permitieron poder disfrutar del viaje y sobre todo evitar errores.... conocen bien la ciudad y alrededores del hotel. La ubicación depende de lo que uno busque en NYC. En nuestro caso consideramos que la ubicación del hotel es muy buena. En relación con la habitación mencionar que, en concreto en la nuestra, el baño/ aseo era pequeño. Si además se comparte con otra persona, todavía peor, muy incomodo. El resto de la habitación, tamaño, mantenimiento, housekeeping, así como el resto del hotel (hall de recepción,... bar) muy muy agradable. El bar tiene un gran ambiente y una barra muy divertida para tomarse algo. No tenemos opinión del desayuno... teníamos alternativas fuera del hotel y en algún caso también seguimos recomendaciones de Conserjería.

Cons: Comentado anteriormente..., el aseo de nuestra habitación en concreto no cumplía con nuestras expectativas... era pequeño e incomodo.
