Fantastic hotel for 60th birthday celebration.

Pros: Fantastic views of Central Park from our rooms. Upgraded to interconnecting rooms.

Cons: The restaurant on the top floor was closed except for breakfast & I can’t remember being told this.

Iconic Central Park views and prime location made this a memorable NYC escape, despite a few dated.

Pros: The location is very good—directly across from Central Park, with Fifth Avenue and major sights in walking distance. The room was spacious for NYC, with a plush king bed and elegant. We are placed at 33rd floor. The partial pakr and city view from our room was breathtaking, especially the world's thinnest building.

Cons: I had to go down and refill water, whereas in other countries bell boys does such work.

Excellent as ever!

Pros: This was our third visit and it did not disappoint. We were given an excellent room on a high floor with superb views. Staff were professional, helpful and friendly. Location on Central Park South is ideal. Highly recommended.

Perfect Location, Beautiful Hotel — but Limited Rooftop Access & pricy breakfast

Pros: The hotel has a perfect location, right at the entrance to Central Park and at the intersection of Fifth Avenue. Location: 10/10! The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms are large and spacious.

Cons: The only disappointing thing is that the amazing rooftop is only open in the morning for breakfast, and breakfast costs $75 per person, which is quite expensive.
