Pros: Super comfy bed and the room was spacious for NYC. I really liked the design, obviously a personal thing, but it felt stylish and cozy at the same time. Everything was spotless, which I really appreciated. The location is perfect, and there’s a great coffee place right in the building. Staff were friendly, helpful, and really on it, the birthday cake waiting in my room was such a thoughtful surprise. On top of that, the bar serves some really nice US wines by the glass, and the city view from the room was just great. I think it is really nice choice for a longer stay.
Cons: Honestly, nothing in particular to mention as a con. I’d happily stay here again.

Great location , stunning hotel and lovely staff .
Pros: Overall the food is lovely however it’s expensive as you would expect in a five star hotel . The decor is beautiful great size rooms with everything 5 star . The beds super comfy

Pros: Amazing hotel! During our stay at the Pendry Hotel in New York, we were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the team. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly enhanced our experience. The hotel itself is outstanding, with its stylish design and excellent amenities making it a top choice for any visit to the city. Highly recommended for a memorable stay! The neighborhood is very nice too! New and modern, near attractions such as The Edge, Vessel, High Line, Hudson Yards shops and good restaurants. And also some blocks away from time square, 5th ave and so on. We hope to get back again soon!

Pros: We got an apartment on the 21st floor; the view was stunning. Each day, when we returned to the room in the afternoon or evening, the room was prepared, and chilly music was turned on.
Cons: The breakfast a'la carte was ok, we can't complain, but we would appreciate having a small buffet as well.

Lovely property in west Manhattan, close to top attractions while keeping a neighbourly vibe
Pros: Located in a new development in west Manhattan, it is close to Hudson Yards, the High Line, Penn Station and downtown and midtown are all within walking distance. Lovely interior midcentury design. Cosy yet spacious rooms -- a plus in NYC!

1 week winterbreak and anniversary celebrations in NYC!
Pros: Beautifully designed hotel at a great location in short walking distance from metro lines. Very quiet at night although in center of Manhattan. Fantastic restaurant (ZouZou) on site. Large floor to ceiling windows with open view, even on the not so high 8th floor. Friendly and helpful staff at reception and door.
Cons: Breakfast was delicious but very expensive, we would have preferred a buffet instead of a la carte table service. We missed some hooks to hang our wintercoats, there would be sufficient space for a few of them in the entry of the room. There is a lot of shelve space but space for clothes(hangers) in the closet is limited.
