Pros: All of the staff were brilliant! They were so helpful with advice about public transport options travelling around the city and support contacting tour operators. The housekeeping staff were always friendly when we met them

3 nights in NYC

Pros: The location is fantastic 👌 NYC accommodation is expensive in Manhattan, but this hotel gave an reasonable price for the size of the room and location. Overall very happy with the booking 😊

Cons: Not enough time in New York!! Google maps was a little confusing to find the first time, but found it easily afterwards. The hotel is close to a police station too.
