Pros: Great location! Friendly staff. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Doesn't have kettle or coffee/tea in room but everything else great. This is my 2nd time at this hotel and woukd very much recommend. Useful diner which is handy, especially for families with kids.

Cons: Nice lobby, could do with a better/larger bar with some atmosphere.

Great hotel to visit NYC!

Pros: The location is perfect, close to train and metro. And also nearby the new Hudson Yards site. The hotel has a huge entrance hall, a restaurant, and a fitness center. It is an art deco hotel from 1930 but well maintained.

Cons: The window joints did not close perfectly, allowing cold air and street noise to enter. But it wasn't problematic.

Pros: The location is ideal for those arriving at Moynihan or Penn Station. All hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large for NYC standards and comfortable. Every space we encountered was clean.
