Great location for Times Square and getting around the city

Pros: Great location. The room was smaller than i thought it would be, but probably normal for NYC. Very clean.

Lovely hotel with great staff and ideal location for visiting all the sights

Pros: Very central location and staff were very helpful and friendly.

The stay was pleasant, and I would consider returning in the future.

Pros: The hotel’s location was a major plus. We could easily walk to all the nearby restaurants, stores, and tourist sites without needing public transport.

Cons: There was no breakfast included in the reservation, so we had to make other arrangements in the morning.

Clean and tidy room . Staff are friendly and location is great !

A great convenient stay!

Pros: Great location close to Midtown and the subway to explore the rest of NYC. Bed was a great size and room exactly as expected. Street noise wasn’t too bad considering the location. Convenient luggage drop off when checking out of the hotel and staff are super friendly always wanting to help and wishing you a great day.

Cons: There seemed to be an influx of homeless people on the street outside of the hotel which made the evenings a little uncomfortable however they didn’t cause any direct issues towards us. This is of course no fault of the hotel. We had no issues or dislikes about the hotel.

Pros: Close location and access to new york attractions. Clean and tidy rooms were quiet

Cons: Beds a little too small and uncomfortable

Pros: It was in good distance from Time's Square, etc.

Cons: You just have to get used to have a view to the windows of the opposite building 😉 I guess it is something everybody should expect from hotel in Manhattan.

Great staff, clean and comfortable stay

Pros: The staff were universally great and friendly. You don't always get this in NY. I huge appreciated they let me store my bag, and then use the bathroom/facilities after I checked out. I had a long flight ahead and having a little time to freshen up made a lot of difference! Room very clean and comfortable. No noise noticeable except a bit of traffic. Very fast elevators!

Cons: I kind of wish they had a restaurant for breakfast. The place across the hall was OK but more like an after thought.

Pros: Location was central to most things we wanted to do

Cons: View from the bedroom was directly into a workshop

Nice clean accommodation in a good location with very nice staff.

Pros: Nice& clean in a good location. The staff were very nice and happy to help

Cons: Would have preferred a kettle to the coffee machine
