it was excellent.

Pros: whatever they pay they staff they should of increase the payment, they super nice and helpful over all the cleaning staff. 🤍

Cons: the elevator is the only thing that is a little annoying because it take to long.

A great base to explore NY

Pros: Great location, very convenient to many attractions or underground lines. The room was small enough but well equipped (fridge/microwave). Excellent comfy bed, large size. Good breakfast with a great choice of food. Very friendly staff and excellent service overall.

Cons: Lifts seem to be too small.. not enough. Very small bathroom and a tiny bathroom sink. Airport transfer service is poor value, only a few $ more than a regular NY cab fixed fare for a shared service that goes around town to collect people and takes 2x as long (2 hours !!!) to get to JFK - will not be availing in the future.

Pros: The location is amazing, just 12 min walk to Times square. The personal was always very polite and nice, they got us an Upgrade to a better View, which we appreciate. Also they let us leave the bags on our check-out day so we could continue exploring the city.

Perfect for our stay

Pros: front of staff at check in , and those helping with bags were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Our room on the 5th floor was facing the street and had a nice view and was very quiet. The beds were super comfy and the shower pressure was excellent. The location is also very good. On a quieter street but very close to the theatre district and to Penn Station so very convenient.

Cons: We had a great stay , and the only think I did not like and feel very disappointed with, is the use of disposable plates and cutlery at the breakfast service, so many people and such a waste and negative contribution to the environment/planet. There is absolutely no reason for this in todays climate. Please use reusable dishware!

Pros: Great bed soft, hot shower. A great view of the New Yorker. Excellent film watching.idea location to Penn to fly out. Ideal spot to do midtown. Wander. Ideal to grab Amtrak to Boston. Loads to just not enough time. And yay to winter snow, and Fred Again USB002 tour ♡♡♡s

Cons: Nothing, I had a great stay. Thanks for the perfect room to flop and fly. I ran myself ragged. But had a great one night stay. I'll be back.

Pros: Location was great close to public transport and walkable distance to Time Square and Empire state building. Spacious lobby and very nice interior in the whole building including rooms, Super comfy beds.

Cons: The hotel was full and it was difficult to find tables for breakfast and to get space in the elevator. Small standard rooms.

Great cost effective hotel well placed for sightseeing

Pros: Great central position. Near the railway station The room was excellent. Loved the bed and bathroom.
