Would stay here again

Pros: It was clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great location, close to subway and other hotspots. Off the busy main road which is great.

Cons: Didn't like that when we arrived there was no one to help us with luggages. We had to drag luggages into the hotel ourselves, load them onto the trolley and take it up to our room. At checkout someone did take our luggages down but just left them in the lobby. We had to drag all 8 peices out ourselves and load them into the taxi. But none of this will stop me staying again. The cleaners need to pay a bit more attention, I found a previous guests old tshirt under the bedside table. The cleaners also left their cleaning cloths in my room on my things after one cleaning session. Despite all thisbI would stay here again, these were minor issues.

Great location for getting around

Pros: Great location to Penn station and short walk to Times Square. Nice bar and burger place downstairs.

Cons: Few non guest questionable’s hanging around the streets leading to the hotel.

Very close to Pen Station NY

Pros: The hotel is almost in dead center of Manhanttan, very close to Pen Station NY so you can go almost anywhere. Staff is good and very helping. We had a bad experience from another hotel in Jersey but Crown Plaza staff was very helpful. I would stay here again

Pros: Nice friendly, clean hotel in hand central manhattan location. Well stocked bar with good food choices & a little snug area off the bar area for kids to play games etc.

Cons: Very high price for the room, breakfast not meeting the expectations ( not a buffet, only one dish + drink included in the price, no more sausage, bacon or meat of any sort at 9am on a Saturday morning: how is it possible ?!?

Pros: I loved the look and modern features of the room and hotel. The updates were gorgeous. The staff was so friendly, we were greeted and acknowledged every time we came and went. I felt welcome, the bed was comfy, the room was warm and the amenities were ideal.

Cons: I couldn't find the thermostat easily, but that was fine. The only issue (super mild) that I had was in the shower. It drained so slowly, the water pooled around my feet and became very cold very quickly.

Surprisely pleasant place to stay

Pros: 36th street is approximately a center of NY... at least we felt like this...very close to time square, and Hudson river... room was excellent ...very fresh and modern...bed was very good.... really - nothing to complain.... the hotel restaurant is really nice...good chef....good staff...
