Great staff and location

Pros: Clean, comfortable, and easy check in, check out. Very friendly staff! Bedding was comfortable and quality bath towels. Room and bathroom very clean. Everything you would need, even in a small space. Close by to several restaurants, train & metro stations, shops and a few blocks away from theater district. Free water and coffee in the lobby, a few snacks and drinks too.

Cons: The room is small.

Gem of a place, will definitely return

Pros: Proximity to Times Square and other NYC attractions. Staff was welcoming and couldn't be more nicer. Only 4 rooms on each floor which means it was quiet and peaceful (i like that always). They kept my luggage for 5 hours after checkout as my flight was late at night so i was able to wander around for few extra hours in NYC before my onward flight, very very handy. Will definitely return.

Cons: Trying hard to think of negatives, having said that rooms were small but that is a norm for downtown hotels. Hotel Signage Board are lacking, me (and Taxi driver) could not see this hotel whereas an adjacent hotel (VOCO) could be seen from afar. So they should consider improving the Hotel Sign Board to be visual/colorful as i believe it is a great hotel.

Quirky, cute and enjoyable

Pros: Loved the environment and ambiance that the hotel provided, the room was quite small but perfect for a solo traveller. The decor and amenities are really cute- the free water bottle was super helpful and the teddy-pup was super cute, unfortunately my bags were super full so wasn't able to take him home! Couldn't help but laugh at the funny hotel-related-ads on the TV when I arrived. Close to everything I needed/wanted to get to. Parts of the street leading up to the hotel looked a little sketchy but in reality it was perfectly safe! Loved my stay!

A cosy stay in NYC

Pros: The beds are great. The rooms are clean. And most important the staff is very kind and helpful. The location is very close to penn station, so you have easy access to transportation. We had a fashionista connector. This is a double room that can be connector. So my teenage daughters were very close to us, but had their own space as well.

Cons: We have been here more times and I really find this a great place to stay.

Happy with my choice!

Pros: My room was spacious and the bed extremely comfortable! It was centrally located, perfect if you've not been to New York City and want to be able to walk to lots of highlights. I appreciated that they provided me with earplugs, which allowed me not to hear the street noises at all. Every staff member I talked to was great, one of the receptionists though was particularly friendly, smiling and kind, working the night shifts - sorry I forgot his name (Luis? but I might be wrong!), I was grateful for his kindness! Also don't listen to the reviews saying there is no daily cleaning, it's not true at all, just let them know if you want your room to be cleaned and they will do it very nicely!

Cons: The Spacious rooms are below the 10th floor and on the street side, I think next time I'd take a smaller room to be on a quieter side. It was a bit dark inside the room, facing a building. A shame there was no breakfast, but I appreciated the little fridge providing some yogurt and nuts.

Quirky hotel in midtown Manhattan but very comfortable and kind to guests

Pros: Very comfortable room with city view. Coffee was good and free and drinking water is readily available with gift of a drinking bottle in every room. Tokens can be exchanged for free snacks during your stay. (I didn't buy the cuddly fox on my bed as I didn't have room in my luggage). Situated in the Garment District the hotel is only a few blocks from the main avenues and Penn Station

Cons: If you buy into the Pineapple philosophy then nothing at all

Pros: Comfiest bed in NYC for the price, and the double duvet is a feature we love.

Pros: location - walkable from everywhere you need to be. hot water and a nice shower. helpful staff

Cons: the room was tiny but this is common across NYC hotels I guess

Fabulous stay in a great hotel

Pros: Great location. Helpful and responsive staff. Beds so comfy, very clean and good facilities. Room very small but we only really slept and showered there so was adequate for our needs. We would stay again.
