Best hotel experience ever.

Pros: It was so warm and friendly there. Felt very safe for my first visit to New York. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff.

Cons: I couldn’t stay longer. I miss my hotel room already!

Pros: The location was exceptional. 3 mins to the subway station and walkable to so many of the hot spots!

Very excellent in all aspects

Pros: Location was where we wanted to be. Breakfast was fine. WE asked for and got a room on a high floor so that we had an excellent view of the Hudson AND the Empire State. All good, no complaints at all.

Cons: Nothing - it was all good.

Pros: Location, heating / cooling worked very well, level 3 dining

Cons: Shower head fixing was loose and did shower head did not flex. Would have liked a coat hook/ coat rack on the entrance wall to hang coats v having to use closet space.

Great location, super terrace. Would recommend.

Pros: Very central, easy to get to and great location to explore. Lovely room with great views of the Empire State Building. Food was good and the roof terrace was a great spot for a few drinks.

Cons: Not exactly a service with a smile at times. Long wait for breakfast one morning. Mattress probably seen better days….
