An awesome hidden gem in the Big Apple!!

Pros: Absolutely outstanding hotel!! This place is a hidden gem and was a joy to discover. It is close to two subway lines, has lots of restaurants, a coffee shop, and shopping within walking distance. The rooms are lovely, with comfortable beds and really cool lighting. Bonus: getting free coffee from the cafe in the lobby every morning! The staff were friendly and helpful, and we had an outstanding stay here!!

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel. It was a great place to stay at and we look forward to staying there again the next time we travel to NY!

Overall great comfortable hotel would recommend great design and amenities

Pros: Really comfy bed and good size rooms clean with daily housekeeping

Cons: Plumber/ boiler issue meant there was a problem with the toilet and we had to miss one of our dinner reservations to check it was fixed

Home away from home

Pros: It felt like coming home again. This is such a great hotel at a perfect location. Nicely decorated rooms and a cosy lounge to hangout in. Breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was also great!

Great location, great hotel - nothing to complain about!

Pros: A really great option for midtown stays. Room is small but absolutely fine for New York, great shower and was cleaned well everyday. No real noise - a bit from the elevator but to be expected in a busy city.

Cons: The free coffee bar was always very busy but there is a fab cafe - Stumptown - a few doors down in the Ace that opens at 6.30am so a good option for early birds

Recommend highly. Loved our stay.

Pros: Staff in particular were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was great too easy to get everywhere either by foot or rail. Coffee was incredible they offer filter coffee as a part of your stay however I had one cortado then remained with that the rest of my trip!

Cons: Nothing was fantastic.

Wonderful all round but stop students taking over the lounge

Pros: Really nice boutique hotel, lovely rooms and great staff in a great location.

Cons: After long days exploring the city, we often wanted to come back to enjoy the hotel lounge for a coffee but it was always filled with students and within the full week we didn’t ever find a spare chair. Such a shame not to allow hotel guest to enjoy this space.
