Pros: The room was beautiful, modern, clean and very welcoming. All the essentials were provided in the room. Service and cleanliness were very good as well.

Cons: The breakfast was the only thing that brings the rating down in my view. The place looks like a coffee shop (as oppose to a 5 star hotel restaurant) the menu is ok and service just about ok. The quality of food not bad at all, in one case quantity was astonishingly small and the way it was served was not miserable as well.

Pros: Excellent bed. The Club facilities, service and food. Fantastic staff. Spacious bathroom, excellent shower, wonderful towels and robe.

Cons: Quite bland room with generic feel to it. Furniture and technology choices very similar to 300 usd a night hotels in the Nordics.

I felt safe, comfortable and happy.

Pros: Location was fabulous, staff was very very friendly and cooperative. Food was great. Free coffee in the lobby was a good touch. I really enjoyed myself.

Cons: The rooms made some noise which need to be addressed.

Beautiful hotel- Relaxing and sophisticated

Pros: the hotel contributed with a beautiful public space on the street and as soon as you enter you are transported into a private beautiful space Julie at reception was excellent Design of the hotel and rooms especially bathrooms was sophisticated with simple and relaxing lines Very comfortable space with a lot of natural light Stayed for eight nights and had an excellent stay and felt very much at home

Cons: The street on which entrance is located Is not nice Some of the staff were still new and needed some training Bar area opens late at 4 pm The restaurant area was a bit cold and not inviting though seemed popular Would be nice to have a pool

Pros: Excellent Hotel. Doormen looked after me really well. So important as a solo female traveller in NYC. All staff happy. Helpful and full of knowledge. Location is midtown so 15 mins from Public library.

Incredible

Pros: Incredible experience. Was upgraded to a suite for our anniversary for free. Bottle of champagne chocolates a card! Can’t say how great this was.
