Pros: Small hotel in New York. Hardly there so we just needed a place to sleep so was adequate for that.

Cons: Its a small hotel with no facilities but so what, youre in New York baby!

Pros: The room as spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Shower amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hair dryer were also provided and good quality. There is a self laundry space available that was very convenient.

Great location but security deposit a joke.

Pros: The location it’s just superb. Everything I desired was outside.

Cons: The security bond you have to pay and no knowledge of before hand. 50 dollars a night. It’s unreal. £266 I had to pay. The fact it took a month to get back is a joke. Imagine if you on a budget and the £266 was in your spending money. Way too excessive.

Pros: I want to point out Ms. Crystal Morales from the concierge team at the front desk. As requested, she allocated me to the 2nd floor, as requested, and suprisingly, when I arrived at 8:00 AM after a night flight, my room was alteady ready. Thank you very much. Guy, Israel.

Pros: Great and spacy room, great room facilities, big bathroom.

Cons: Not so good lobby and cafeteria.

Pros: The location is very central, with lots of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Many interesting sites at walking distance. There is tea and coffee in the room and the personnel was very friendly and helpful.

Cons: It seems that the policy of the hotel is that the rooms are not cleaned every day but every other day. They did not inform us of that. You can change it if you wish.

It is simply a very good hotel and they delivered on all they claimed to offer.

Pros: It was very central to everything and the hotel delivered on what they said they were offering. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms spotless clean as was the bathroom.
