Small, convenient hotel, ideal for short stays.

Pros: Easy location, close to Penn station/madison square garden and about 15 minute walk to Times Square. Staff friendly and rooms comfy.

Cons: One of the lifts was broken for majority of our visit. Kept getting fixed and then broke again by next day which meant sometimes waiting a while to get to and from room. No gf food options available for breakfast, glad we didn’t pay extra as part of booking as money would have been wasted.

Pros: Beds were extremely comfy, minimal noise heard once in the room from the road outside and lovely shower pressure.

Cons: As expected in NYC, the room was extremely small. We couldn’t fully open our suitcases in the room.

Good value for money in that location

Pros: Great location, easy to get around the main area very quickly. Farmacy, supermarket, restaurants and subway close by. They also have a nice and small rooftop bar, from where you get to see the Empire State Building. The staff was incredibely nice and acomodating. Good place to stay at.

Cons: The room we were in, specifically the wall with the TV was very thin and you could clearly hear what people on the other room were watching on the TV. You could understand what the Bridgerton characters were saying clearly :) It might be just the two room types that are located in a smaller hallway than the main one on each floor.

Excellent location, good value for money, very friendly and competent staff

Pros: Location was excellent. Staff were very proactive and friendly. Codi who checked us in arranged for complimentary early check in at 8am which was very welcome after our early 5am arrival!

Cons: NA - my colleagues complained the room was small but the size is very decent for a Manhattan hotel room at this central location just 5 minutes from the subway (34th street for A,C,E ; and also the 1), and 6 minutes from the Moynihan Train Hall (which was the main reason for booking this location).
