Pros: good location, closed to NYC pen station for direct train from the airport. Cosy but comfort room. Coffee, tea and chocolate are provided 24 hours at reception hall. Excellent staff.

Pros: The kitchenette in the room was super useful to make own food when we were exhausted after a day out. Supermarkets nearby with easy to cook stuff. Super close to EVERYTHING. Penn station is really close and accessible for those with disabilities (mum uses a mobility walker) Breakfast was great plus boxes to takeaway so made use of extras for snacks / lunch. Coffee / tea / hot chocolate 24:7 in the lobby which was great plus a free water machine. Would def recommend and come back to stay again.

Cons: Not enough tables / chairs for the breakfast. It was a scrabble to find some where sit. We did manage to get somewhere but some mornings it was manic.

Enjoyed our stay

Pros: The location was good. Walking distance to most of the places we visited. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly (shout out to Tina on Reception). The hotel itself had a warm, cosy feel. Room was very large with 2 queen and a sofa bed. Amenities like, dishwasher, stove top, refrigerator and microwave were bonuses. The room/hotel was clean. There were 3 lifts and there were no issues getting one promptly. Probably might be different during summer months when the hotel is full. The complimentary breakfast was okay. There is no coffee maker in the room but coffee and tea are in reception all day. This hotel is suitable for all travellers. The room we stayed in was more of a small studio apartment which mean you could stay for longer with all the facilities offered and could even make your own meals if you so desire.

Amazing Stay!

Pros: We loved everything about the hotel and location. The staff were all helpful, kind and overall excellent customer service throughout our stay. Corey was a great guy and helped out with local areas to see and great to chat with. Our room was amazing, clean, beds comfy and had everything we needed. Absolutely loved our stay and will be returning. Thank you all 💐❤️

Amazing place and staff brilliant

Pros: Breakfast was amazing. Rooms brilliant with all the amenities and more. The gym and laundry facilities just great. All staff brilliant and nothing too much trouble.

Pros: It is located in one of the central areas of Manhattan and offers a good location with a well-sized property.

Cons: I was travelling with my family and had booked two rooms, both of which were fully paid for in advance. When we arrived, one room was ready on time and my family was able to get ready. However, the second room was not ready, and a staff member asked me to collect the key later. When I returned to pick up the second room key, the original staff member was busy, so I had to deal with another staff member who was not very professional. She did not properly check the system and asked me to pay again for the room, even though I had already paid in full. I tried to explain this to her, but she did not listen and insisted on payment. Later, she realised that the payment had already been made. Additionally, I had cancelled the rollaway bed, but I was still charged for it, which is disappointing. Overall, the situation caused unnecessary stress for me and my family due to poor communication and lack of professionalism.

Unforgettable, the hall is a wonderful place to stay
