An unforgettable experience

Pros: Exceptional hotel in a superb location - never experienced New York like this before, a must!

Lovely hotel - good to stay in different location

Pros: Terrace view was excellent Room was lovely - spacious with outdoor area - sadly it was raining so we didn’t get to avail.

Cons: Rooftop terrace was not open

Very good.

Pros: The stunning location with amazing views. The hallways and elevators very unique fitting the maritime theme.

Cons: We found the hotel to be very good. Nothing really sticks out. It is slightly expensive for what you get. But overall a very good stay.

Pros: best view in all of Manhattan, great atmosphere, very friendly club service

Pros: BTW, coming in Hotel during the evening Valet and Door staff very welcoming and enjoyable to interact with. However Lobby Staff very much the opposite, questioning ,unfriendly ,disrespectful. I dress in Suit and tie, and was treated like I was some sort of street Bum, and that I had no business coming in. They need better training ! If you have some sort of problem with people coming in your Hotel , then find a way for Hotel Guest to be recognized, and respected.

Cons: Would have liked to have been warned about Ferry's and their LOUD Horns wee ll into the night 3:00am, un able to sleep do to ferry directly outside my window. Lobby Staff very much the opposite of Valet and door persons , questioning ,unfriendly ,disrespectful. I dress in Suit and tie, and was treated like I was some sort of street Bum, and that I had no business coming in. They need better training ! If you have some sort of problem with people coming in your Hotel , then find a way for Hotel Guest to be recognized, and respected.

an enchanting experience

Pros: The facilities are exceptionally well-kept in cleanliness and the emphasis on privacy and maintaining decorum (especially decency in dressing) at all times is very pleasant

Cons: I did not find anything that I did not like at Casa Cipriani

A very luxurious hotel with view on the Hudson, but maybe not the best tourist location

Pros: This is without a doubt a very luxurious hotel! We booked it because of the incredible view on the Hudson river together (both room & restaurant). This absolutely met our (high) expectations. The restaurant was one of the best we experienced in NY. Also the room and all other aspects of the hotel werer very luxurious so what's not to like? That being said, it might not be the best choice if you are solelely for tourist purposes as the hotel is more targetted at a business clientel and a networking location in NY.

Cons: We were surprised to learn that the reception/concierge does not order cabs ... instead they advice you to use a service like Lyft (which we did :)). You can hire a private driver who will assist you personally while driving around NY. Not the best option for our plans however. What is nice is that taxis can drive up to the lobby while covered from the rain and wind; again pure luxury ... :)

Pros: Tutto bello, esclusivo e respiri a New York lo stile italiano con glemur ed eleganza

Cons: Il traghetto che è molto rumoroso sotto la finestra della stanza.

Elegant ocean liner vibes without the sea sickness !

Pros: Views and decor were an 11 out of 10! Service was too notch -we found staff very friendly

تجربة جميله لكن لن تتكرر

Pros: الفندق يقع داخل مبنى تاريخي تم تشييده قديماً. كان يستخدم لفتره طويلة كنقطة انطلاق للعبارات المتجهة إلى بروكلين، يعني الفندق متمسك بلمسات المبنى الأساسي، موقع الفندق حليل لكن السعر مبالغ فيه جداً

Cons: المشكله صوت العبارات (الفندق مجهز سدادات أذن) ما أعجبني بكل صراحه بعد تسجيل الخروج وصلتني الفاتوره على الإيميل وكان فيها رسوم إضافيه لغرفة ثانيه، تواصلت معهم على البريد بدون رد، بعد ما توصلت هاتفياً حلوا المشكلة خلال 24 ساعه بدون حتى رسالة اعتذار… طبعاً شي مؤسف الي حدث ولا أتوقع انه مقصود أبداً…
