Comfy room well connected to rest of Manhattan
Pros: Fantastic room, lots of space and storage. Bed was very comfortable. Good location, minutes to the subway and lots going on in FiDi. Staff were really helpful and friendly.
Cons: The drinking water was on the basement floor - it would have been useful to have a water tap closer to the room.

Comfortable hotel in fantastic location.
Pros: Location was perfect - right beside the Staten Island ferry, and subway station. and close to plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. Temperature in bedroom was easy to adjust. Quiet, comfortable room.
Cons: Bar was a bit soulless.

Pros: The location was great as it is 3 minutes walk from the South Ferry 1 train it lessened costs of traveling in New York. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant. The room was more than I expected and good value for money. I guess I will be going back on my next visit to NY

Great hotel in Manhattan!
Pros: Great hotel in a quiet part of Manhattan, away from all the madness. The staff were really lovely throughout our stay! The rooms were clean, and it was great to have a microwave and a mini fridge for quick dinners/breakfast. The bathroom was really nice and had everything you need. We had an issue with the ice machine being extremely loud outside of our room, but they moved us immediately without any issues to a better room away from the machine, and to a higher floor. We also had an issue where our tv wasn't working but they fixed it for us the next day. There is also laundry units downstairs and a small gym! Would recommend it here for anyone wanting to visit manhattan and stay in a safer quiter area. Its within walking distance to Whole Foods, and Chipotle, and multiple subway stops & opposite the Staten Island Ferry!
Cons: The fire alarm went off two days in a row at 6am from the Kitchen downstairs making breakfast, and the fire department came and checked the floors. Thankfully we were awake, but not ideal!

Pros: The hotel is good and clean. The location is excellent.
Cons: For the first time in our lives, in a hotel of this class, we didn't find toothpaste, bathrobes, or slippers. The floor was very cold, although the room itself was generally warm. But there was a strong draft coming from the window. Booking.com misled us. The description stated that a good breakfast was included. But in reality, after we paid for the room, we received an email saying that breakfast was not included. Furthermore, the hotel restaurant was closed. Luckily, there were many cafes nearby.
